My name is Roger Schmidt. I am an Interim Executive Manager and expert for the implementation of transformation processes and business development at globally active companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector. I have been active in this industry for 30 years and have 25 years of intercultural management experience.

In my mandates, I take on the role of a captain. I steer with calm and overview and bring security to companies in phases of upheaval and new beginnings. In addition, I support management as a coach or take on longer-term mandates as an advisory board member.
